Pool

  • The pool is for HOA members and their guests. It is open seasonally (typically May through September) from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Total of 4 guests per HOA member household is allowed. Guests must be accompanied by an HOA member at all times (Adult supervision for children is required). A HOA member household with more than 4 guests must have approval from the HOA board prior to bringing guests to the pool. POOL PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED.
  • Tobacco products, vapes and electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the pool area.
  • Glass containers of any kind are prohibited in the pool area.
  • Grills are not allowed.
  • Food should be limited to small snacks. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool.

REFER THE POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR A COMPLETE LIST OF THE POOL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF ALL AMENITY PRIVILEGES. THE POOL AREA IS MONITORED BY SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.
